Euro 2024 Draw
5pm UK time. Any interest, or more just a case of waistcoat is a cunt, etc?

Wouldn't mind playing Scotland and Italy. Should be good next summer, either way.

Just seen that England's group games are not really in the best cities to visit, if you're going out there...unlucky Ball :-)

The usual boring group games, would have liked to have seen more of a 'test'. looks like meet France in the semi.

Probably the easiest draw possible.

The horse headed, big nose, waistcoat wearing, woke cunt can have ZERO excuses for not winning the group with the players at his disposable.

That’s a great draw. Wish West Ham had luck a bit more like that in domestic cups.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
Manuel,

Stones & Maguire are constantly injured and there are a lack of options to replace them so yes that is a major weakness if you have injury prone players and no one as back up.

As for Maguire always doing well for England, Last year he made 2 mistakes in a 3-3 draw with Germany by giving the ball away for them to score and then giving away a clumsy penalty. While in the past couple of months alone he scored an OG against Scotland and then in the last game against North Macedonia he gave the ball away on the edge of his box and then fouled the player and was extremely lucky not to give away a penalty.

It was more blatant Penalty than the one the Ref did give against Rico Lewis later on in the same game.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
Maguire never lets England down. He might have cost us a goal or two but defenders often do. Still very popular among England fans, and clearly a big part of the collective spirit that Southgate has engendered.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
England wont win, we have the international equivalent of Moyes in charge. While Moyes wastes the highest amount of money we've ever laid out by a country mile, Southgate wastes the best England squad in terms of talent for decades. Both are cunts and both are shit fucking managers that people defend because they can only aspire to being average forever.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
Maguire has always done well for England, has he not, and now you are wheeling out injuries to try to back up your point, which as you can probably now see was a big exaggeration. A 'worry' yes, possibly, but never a major weakness.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
Well I would say Maguire is a bit of a disaster.

Even taking away from his Man Utd performances and just purely looking at his England ones he has either cost us goals or nearly cost us goals in many matches over the past year.

As for Shaw & Stones I agree they are decent but they are always injured and there doesn’t seem to be great back ups for them so defence is a worry.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
Swindon - 'Major' weaknesses? Bit of an exaggeration. Shaw is good enough, as is Stones, other CB's hardly a disaster. No, not world class, but think they can hold their own, let's not forget barring France not much else is special.

Would probably agree they are our three best players.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
England are strong but have major weaknesses at Left Back & Centre Back which could prove costly.

Keeping Bellingham, Kane & Saka fit will be crucial as those are the 3 players that are difference makers imo.

Looking forward to it as we'll be booking flights the moment our ball comes out, but not looking forward to it as I'm meant to be barbequing at the same time. And working it all out with changing flight prices is a real pain.

So really I'm looking forward to it being over!

Hopefully Greece get through the playoffs as we'll be in SKIATHOS, was in Crete when they won it.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
I've got a feeling we will win it too, Palmer emerging has given waistcoat another option. Toney might push for a place as well.

Re: Euro 2024 Draw
I’d be even happier if Bowen or JWP were part of the squad.

If Bellingham stays fit I think they will win it.
France aside there’s not much out there to beat.
